One All Beef Patty, Special Sauce, Lettuce, Cheese...

Fast food already has a bad reputation. So, it's really hard to decide what qualifies as notably bad service. I just have to mention the McDonalds in Hales Corners (6000 S 108TH ST. HALES CORNERS, WI 53130-2523) because I don't see how it's even possible to screw up the signature burger.

Don't they pre-package the burgers and ship them out to the restaurant as a unit? How do you forget an entire slab of meat?

The Arby's at the Grand Avenue mall has forgotten to put the meat in their standard roast beef sandwich. Since they immediately corrected the error, it's merely funny, not infuriating...

Is there any meat in the sandwich to begin with?

I don't eat meat myself and sometimes, I order a sandwich without meat at all (instead of ordering one with a meat substitute). It's possible that in that case, someone did that and they simply switched the orders. It sounds like a mistake rather than bad service. Bad service would be not correcting the mix up.
